Ingredients:
- 250ml Butter
- 100g Castor Sugar
- 240g Cake Wheat Flour
- 60g Maizena
- 1ml Salt
Method:
Cream butter and sugar.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Grease an ovenproof baking tray. Roll the dough into balls, spread out onto the baking tray and flatten slightly with a fork dipped in water (this prevents the dough from sticking to the fork) and bake for ± 10 min at 180 ° C
Carefully remove from baking sheet and allow to cool on a wire rack. This recipe is for about 40 cookies.
