Easy Cheese Scones

Ingredients:

250 ml Milk
250 ml Cake Flour
1 Egg
10ml Oil
3ml Salt
10ml Baking Powder
Handful of Cheese

Method:

Mix all the wet ingredients in a measuring jug, add the flour, salt & baking powder. Mix well until no clumps remain.  Add the cheese and stir through.

Pour the thin dough into prepared muffin baking sheet and bake for ± 20 minutes at 200°C.

Enough for 12 scones.
